Life is hard enough, why use bad fonts that make you do all the heavy-lifting? Great fonts get you farther. HoodFonts brings you quality-made, unique, and personality-rich display-faces destined for logos, websites, layouts, and more.
HoodFonts is the foundry of Hoodzpah‡, a brand identity studio out of Southern California. Hoodzpah has made a name creating distinctive brand assets rooted in original typography and lettering: rebranding ILM, a new logo and brand typeface for SeatGeek, plus extensive work for Netflix and Disney across consumer products and movie title design. Amy Hood and Jennifer Hood (twins and co-conspirators) bring those same talents to HoodFonts to create original typefaces for the brand-focused designers and companies.
HoodFonts is led by Amy Hood✤ and Jennifer Hood§, with a team of passionate collaborators helping them bring varied and versatile typefaces to life.

✤
Amy Hood is a brand identity and type designer whose work centers around custom lettering solutions. Her fonts include Palm Canyon Drive, Beale, Redondo Ave, Beverly Drive, and more. Occasionally she walks out on her computer to paint. And she’d rather be at the beach right now.
§
Jennifer Hood is a mildly tortured artist. She’s the co-author of Freelance, and Business, and Stuff with her sister, Amy; and a former teacher of Professional Practices at Laguna College of Art and Design. When not designing brands and type, she writes screenplays that have a .0001% chance of being made.
